Registered Name: Star of Silver
Barn Name: Star
Age: Six
Sex: Mare
Breed: Andalusian
Color: Grey
Height: 15’3”
Discipline: All, mainly English, Hunter/Jumper, and Dressage
Personality: Star loves everyone and everything. She ahs a klutzy attitude, sometimes thinking that someone is someone else. She never holds any grudges, and can have a very assertive mood when she believes a treat or snack is involved. She loves to jump, but hates the western classes, especially the ones with ropes. Star will handle almost any situation, and particularly enjoys being groomed. She tends to be a bit of a spaz, having trouble keeping coordinated in some situations. Star hates cattle, and sports a scar along her left forefoot from a bad encounter with one.
History: Star was born in Spain, and was left in a field with her mother and other mares and foals until she was two and a half, when she started training. She was sold when her training was over, at the age of five. In her first home, she was labeled as ‘unfit for keep’, and sold again. She was bought by a western rider, and was doing fine until a show when a calf managed to get her along her leg. She was sold before the wound completely healed, this time, she went overseas to America. She was bought by an elderly farm couple, who kept her for their grandson. He started to pay more attention to girls, and in two months, she was off to the bidders again. She was bought by Trinity’s grandmother, and Trinity received her for a sixteenth birthday present instead of a car. She is doing good with Trinity.
