Cassie smiled. The girl seemed kind of nervous, because she messed with her hair, then her shirt, and then her concentration went back to her hair, again. Certainly interesting character. She smiled at the comment. She lauged, and crossed her arms with the sticks underneath her arms. "I'd like to think so," she said with a confident grin. She had most of her life. She remembered coming into freshman of high school. She went into the drumline tryouts. All the guys there thought she couldn't handle it. Boy, were they wrong.
One guy came up and asked,'So what cha gonna try out for?'. She looked at the arrangment of different drums. She said,'Snare and quads'. He said,'All right'. They walked over to a snare drum. He asked her to do a couple of things. She did it, and they seemed surprised. Then they walked over to the quads. Boy, did she show them. As she began playing, their mouths seem to drop to their feet. They were stunned. For some reason, playing quads came to her naturally. She made quads freshman and stuck with it till senior year. She was captain, too. Her mind came back to her head, and she smiled.
Gwen. It was a nice name. "Nice to meet ya, Gwen," she muttered. Cassie placed the sticks down on a drum, and then pulled the hair band that was holding her black hair back. She ruffled it up and little bit, then pulled it back into a semi-neat ponytail. She pulled the sticks back into her hand and looked at them. They needed to be retaped. They were started to look like shit. She began peeling the tape off, and then she asked,"So, what brings you here today Gwen?" She continued peeling the tape as she waited for the answer from Gwen.

Normally when you first meet her, she's kinda shy and she won't really talk much. She's a real shy character, and she isn't real social. When you get to know her a little more, she'll open up. She likes to party and have a good job. She can be the real life of the party, even though she hasn't had a sip of alcohol. She's very organized. She always has her schoolwork done before she does anything else. She's practices a lot. Most of the time when she has nothing to do, she's: (a)hacking, (b) playing softball, (c) practicing martial arts, or (d) partying.
She has so much dedication. She concentrates so much one thing that it sometimes because frigthening. You'll see her playing, and it doesn't sound right. She'll sometimes go on a rant, yelling and screaming on how much she fails. If you give her a couple minutes, by herself, she'll stop throwing a rant and she'll continue whatever she was doing. She's so dedicated that sometimes you'll see her yelling while she's playing or working out. In softball, she's a killer hitter. When she gets up to the plate, the ball flies. She plays outfielder. She can run, and get the ball no problem. It's getting it back is the problem. She has a hard time throwing long distance. She can throw from the grass of the outfield to home plate. No problem. To the outfield to the pitcher's plate is a little more difficult. It's never completely straight, but it's close enough.
When it comes to horses, she tries to make them feel better. Many people say she has a talent. She can calm a horse, and make it do what she wants. Her mother has often told her that she has a gift for looking into horse's minds. She sometimes realizes that she can. But then she usually gets a headache, because she can't close off her mind from the horses so she catches every thought they think.
Now, when you first meet this girl you think shy and innocence. She's anything but. She's very flirty and seductive. She'll how to get a guy's attention just enough to usually spark an interest in her. She can flirt and most guys will fall to her knees. She enjoys being in control every now and then, but she really wants a boyfriend who will truely be there for her.

Cassie is a very tall character. She has piercing blue eyes, with long curly black hair.. She usually wears tight clothing, but usually is all black. She can easily straighten and wave her hair to how she wants, but normally she doesn't bother with it. Her eyes are a gentle crystal, they have the color of the sea. She has a bright smile, very happy and gentle. She also looks very flirtacious and sexy. She dresses like she's going to party or going to a concert. Her skin tone is very light tan. She tans, but only so much otherwise she burns. Her arms and legs are very built and muscular. She plays softball, she's in martial arts, and she's a drummer.
It explains enough. You'll often notice that the side of her fingers are caloused up because she plays four mallets so much. Sometimes, six mallets. Her forearms are very strong and solid because she plays quads for the college line. When she plays, she has a very strong and determined experession on her face like this is her last performance. She always has a dark black eyeliner around her eyes. Near to her right eye there is a 'X' scar from her accident.

She doesn't remember much of her past. As a child, she remembers a mother who screamed a lot, and a father who yelled a lot. She was always confused and never remembered much about who her parents were. At the age of five, she was taken into custady of the government, and she was adopted at a young age. She was a very quiet child, but was very brilliant.
Her adoptive parents were killed in a tragic car accident at the age of ten. She was taken again by the government, and she was adopted a year later. Her new adoptive parents were horse trainers. Her step-mother was a veterinarian and horse trainer. Her step-father was a world class champion jumper. She started riding, and she had incredible talent. Her step parents often wonder if her real parents were ever involved with horses. She doesn't remember at all.
Her parents bought her, Mizu, her first horse at the age of fourteen. Mizu had such a gentle temperment and a kind heart. Most people fell in love instantly at the sight of the paint. On their way home from their first compeition together, they were in an accident and Mizu died on impact. Cassie was heartbroken. She became very depressed, and eventually started cutting herself. On her leg, there are a couple words. It says Mizu will always be in my heart. Now, this is the deepest scar on Cassie's body.
So, this is why she hates wearing shorts, and she's always wearing black. Most people assume she's in mourning, which she is. No one could ever replace the horse in Cassie's heart. Her step parents decided to move her to Canter Academy so she could heal herself.
