Registered Name: Ireland's Pride
Barn Name: Ireland
Age: 4
Sex: Stallion
Breed: Gypsy Vanner
Color: Black and White paint
Height: 16.0hh
Discipline: Jumping
Personality: Ireland can be quite a brat when you first get to know him, as can be expected of any stallion. But when you do get to know him, he turns out to be a gentleman and he will do anything that you ask of him. He will jump just about any height for you, and he is currently at about 1 meter straight bars. Ireland has a strong spirit, and if you are kind to him, he will be kind to you. He LOVES any treats, especially sugar cubes. He can ride both disciplines, but is more comfortable in english.
History: Ireland's Pride was born in 2004 at Wild Gypsy Farm in Utah. His dam was Majestic Celtic, an award winning jumper, and his sire was Luck o' the Irish, a gold-medal winner. He was sold to a loving owner in Arkansas, who was forced to give him up to auction when she couldn't care for any of her horses anymore. Unfortunately, he was sold to an abusive owner who killed any of Ireland's trust in people. In 2007, he was found by Stephanie Biliak's parents and brought to their rescue farm. Carefully, the rebuilt Ireland's trust and finally got him to let people ride him again. When they got him to ride, it took a few months to get him to be comfortable, but it worked. When Stephanie realized how adorable he was, she just had to have him. Ireland was the only one for her, and she was the only one for him.
