Personality: Willow is a very nice mare. She does have her tricks though. Because of her past she is very a one person horse. It is hard to gain her trust but once you have it she's a friend for life. She likes to be ridden and loves to have a nice jog in the pasture. Willow loves the challenge of jumping and does everything with her heart. People dont notice the scars that she has but there is some on the inside of her legs where the whip was lashed at her. She doesnt get along with some horses because she was stalled with some mean stallions in her life that just beat her up.
History: Willow is quite young so her life doesnt go back to far. She hasnt had the best life but she was rescued by Tanis. Willow was foaled out at there farm but left with owners. Willow was being trained by her real owners but they ended up trying to abuse her and whip her if she did something wrong. They sent them back to the Howard family to try to train this mare. This was her last hope. The Howards only had her for a few weeks and were making great progress but the owners wanted cash for her and wanted to sell her to a meat place. Tanis wasnt about to let that happen. Her parents went and offered a price for the mare but Tanis went into her college money and payed for her herself. Tanis nursed Willow back into an average horse and is now rideable. She has a hard time trusting new people and is very selective.

- be able to jump higher then they have ever jumped
- become open to other riders
- learn how to do more dressage moves
- get used to other horses
- to become a more confident horse.
