Kingston is a very hot head horse if not being ridden by Ashlyn or around her. Kingston was raised by Ashlyn and is very protective of her. He is a goofy horse when he knows that it isn’t time for him to be serious. He will buck, kick, rear, toss his head, and anything else when he is out. He can be stubborn like no other when he wants to and refuse to listen, but he comes around sooner or later. He thinks he is still only a few months old and things he can rub on you and it not knock you over. He always believes if you are sitting in his stall, that you are his pillow. He is calm, most of the time but can act up. He never spooks, and responds to words just as he good as he responds to the leg. A crop is never didn’t when riding him, he reads the body language and if your body says go he will go, but if you aren’t sure, he will not go any faster no matter what you do.
History:
Kingston mother died of colic at the age of two months. He was still unnamed and very scared when a human caught him and put him in a trailer where all went dark. He was unloaded at a strange place, he was in terror. A man walked up to them and started to talk, terror took over. In a few minutes a girl came up, and started playing with him. Her touch to him was so soft and calming. In minutes he was being lead by the girl to a stall.
For months the girl, Ashlyn, fed him with a bottle for him to keep his strength and keep growing. He was used to her walking in and sitting down and he would lay down and put his head on her. Ashlyn was is mother, and no one was going to touch her when she was around.
By the time training came, Kingston was tall and looked like the horse he was suppose to be. He was bred for a racer, but looked like a show horse. He allowed Ashlyn and only Ashlyn on his back. She could jump on him bareback and have him walk around before training really came. When the saddle was put on his back, he just stood and let Ashlyn climb on and did what ever she asked. When someone else came around, he was hell.
His was involved with Ashlyn when she wanted to runaway. He ran his heart out for her, but they were caught. They wanted Kingston gone, but they couldn’t tear the horse from his “mother”. With fire in his eyes, he snorted, pawed, and even reared when someone came around him or near Ashlyn. They wasn’t going to take him or Ashlyn away. With Ashlyn leading him he walked into the trailer, to come him.
