A soft smile curved upon Kayden's lips as the girl - whose name he was still to find out - agreed to accompany him to the café. He pulled out his keys and held his hand up. "I do have a thing about driving people around who's name i do not know...." He smiled lightly and turned to keep walking towards his truck that was parked by the Swartz dorms, visible through the trees. "I'm parked by the guys dorms." Hopefully she wouldn't be expecting a small cute sports car, his truck was monsterous. A ford F350, jet black.

ryan stood still, an eyebrow raising as he made his comment about not knowing her name. a small chuckle broke free from her lungs as kayden turned his back to her, which parted her lips slightly and exposed her white teeth once more. the smile created from the laughter remained set for a few seconds, genuine and carefree, as she followed after him. your parents should be proud, the words fell from her mouth as ryan caught up to him swiftly. their elbows bumping gently against one another as she fell in stride with him, aimed towards the parking lot, which she could see vaguely behind the trees in the near distance. a second of silence fell before she looked over at him again, drifting a bit father away from him as her mouth opened to introduce her name for the first time in their conversation, i'm ryan. in a way, she disliked her name. it was misleading, for people usually read her name on a paper and assumed that she was someone of the other sex. ryan had walked to the park from her final class of the day.

Kayden smiled and shrugged at the mention of his parents, turning his eyes away and towards his black truck, the wall hehad let slightly down in front of this girl beginning to remake itsself. His parents? proud? never. Ryan, huh? Interesting name. He nodded slightly and kept walking until they reached the truck, where he climbed in,leaned across the seat and opened her door. The truck was quite clean actually, seeing as it was what he had won at Rolex he took a lot of pride in it. "Wall Street Cafe okay for you?"

agilely, the teenager pulled herself up and into the passenger seat of kayden's large truck, pulling the door closed behind her. ryan reached over her shoulder and pulled down her seatbelt, responding to the boy's question as she did, yeah. i mean, for a place that i've never heard of, let alone been to, it sounds fabulous. her green eyes were focused on kayden as the sarcastic words fell from her smiling lips, and she continued to watch him even after silence had fallen. ryan like him. what she knew of him, that is. the fact that he seemed rather intelligent, kept to himself, and mature. and for the fact that he didn't find it necessary to fill the silence between them with meaningless conversation. she really appreciated that part. ryan's tolerance for people who talked just to hear their voices was pretty damn slim. ryan's thin fingers drummed rhythmically against her thighs, which was one of her nervous, but absent-minded, habits.

Jade green eyes stared into the rear view mirror as Kayden backed out and headed towards town, his gaze drifting in between the road and the good looking girl in his passanger seat. He smiled and relaxed, turning easily into the cafés parking lot. He turned the car off, grabbed his walet, keys and cell phone and darted around to her door. "Inside or outside?" He smiled and nodded towards the cafe.

with a polite smile, she exited the passenger seat, allowing him to close it behind her. automatically, the thought of kayden being very old-fashioned ran through the girl's mind. his politeness, how he was far from boisterous, and the fact that he just opened her door for her. but as quickly as she had thought it, she took away the negative factors from that. so the hell what if he was old fashioned? old fashioned, if he could really even be considered that, was better than a jackass. he's just nice, ryan thought before she made up her mind about where they would eat, outside.it's too nice for indoors. the thought of him being a nice guy, verses the scum she had been with previously, caused ryan to smile.
