Bekka is one of the most beautiful girls you'll see. She has long auburn brown hair that waves down to just below her breasts. It frames a strong face. Arched eyebrows cover sparkling brown eyes that can give the harshest of glares. A thin nose runs down between the eyes. At the base of it are her lips. The top somewhat thin the bottom full. Her cheekbones are a little sharp and her cheeks rosey sometimes.
Her body is long and curvy. About 5'10" and proud of it. She ahs tanned skin that covers her body. Strong arms and legs. Her arms have a little bit of muscle visible on them because of her lessons with a bow and arrow. She still uses sometimes. She is fit, but does have a scar on her arm. It is about two inches long. Bekka has always been a kind, sweet girl. She tends to be a bit more on the reluctant side to do anything that could get herself in trouble. People think she doesn't take enough chances, that she's to shy, but that's Bekka for you. Shy has always been her middle name..well, aside from Lily that is. She doesn't have the sense of humor her brother William does, but Bekka is able to crack a few quick comebacks if she feels the need. She is patiant, though quick to correct people if she thinks they are wrong. Wisdom is one of her finer points, though she has never been popular for it. She doesn't back talk her teachers or badmouth them behind their backs, and instead sees their reasoning behind things. For this, many people her age think she's a teacher's pet.
Bekka is the exact opposite of her sister, and sees each day as something new and exciting; a new way to show the world what she's made of and just another chance at life. The girl is very trust worthy and loyal, sticking up for her friends and family whenever the chance comes her way. She would gladly die for her family if it meant they would be safe.

Bekka was born on a Kentucky thoroughbred farm. Her mom and dad were just getting started in the breeding business when they had her. She grew up around the horses. Riding when she was three years of age. Her dad used to take her out on the gentler horses and they would ride through the fields. Her and her dad became very close. When she was 5 her father bought her her first pony. A shetland named Comanche. Her mother was less then fond of Bekka for some reason. Bekka and her brother William were somewhat close. Always competing for attention yet always still loving each other.
Bekka was never fond of her sister when she came. SHe hated the crying that a baby made. That always helped ehr to escape to the stables. For a few years Bekka practicaly lived there. She was so happy, riding and competing. But then when she was 12 years old her dad died. He had had cancer in his lungs for a year now. The doctors couldn't do anythign and they let him go. Bekka was devistated. she went into depression. Her mother had never really been close to her and Bekka had loved ehr dad more then the world. So for 2 years Bekka ignored horses and sat around. Getting fat.
Then when she was 14 Bekka met a boy. He was one of Williams friends. William was so sad seeing Bekka like this and knew that Rick would make her want to be thin again and to get out there. HE constantly brought Rick over to help with horses. Bekka foudn out what William was doing and was so happy with him. She wasn't completly normal though. After her first kiss with Rick Bekka talked to her mom. She didn't want to stay here anymore. she had to leave. Her mom decided that it was okay for her to leave if she found a place to go. So Bekka looked up Canterbury and came here.

Bekka has been riding most of her life. She started when she was 5 and never stopped. Going from dressage to eventing and stadium jumping. The most challenging horse she had was an Arabian stallion named Zeus. He was mean and fiery but Bekka handled him with skill. Reining in his spitfire. For about three years she did dressage before moving on to jumping. She always loved dressage and wanted to go back but she couldn't leave jumping. she decided to pursue eventing so she could do both plus the added bonus of cross-country.

Jess had finally been asigned the horse she was to treat as her own. Candy Apple Pie, a paint mare who she had fallen in love with in the fields. Jess had been inspecting the horses, playing with a few of them and Candy comes pushing in and nickers to her. Jess was taken at that moment. Then she had spent a day or two trying to get this specific horse. Then she had and she had been so happy. Cleaning all her tack and brushes for this day. Tiem to make the horsie shine.
When Jess drove upto the stable block and parked in the car parking lot she was in high spirits. Wearing faded jeans and cowboy boots, with a tank top and a hoodie on over it. Her brown hair was pulled up in a ponytail. Jess pulled out her dark blue halter and leadrope, grooming kit, and braiding bands. Before walking towards the barn Jess shoved the braiding bands into one of the empty grooming kit pockets. Jess looked up into the sky before heading to the barn. It was nice and sunny. It may have still been morning, it was eight o'clock, but it was already nice out. Jess might jsut have to lunge Candy.
When Jess got to the barn she opened the big sliding doors and left them open. they'd be opened later, she was just the first to do it. There wasn't much activity at this time in the day. Horses had already been fed breakfast about two hours earlier and put out if they needed it. Now people just had to work with them. Jess made her way down the aisle. She stopped outside stall ten and made a kissing sound. The mare in the stall looked up. "Hey baby," she said and scratched her nose.
She walked away jsut long enough to leave her grooming stuff at the cross-ties. sHe was walking back to Candy's stall when she tripped. A rake was just laying across the aisle and she hadn't noticed it. She threw her hand sin front of ehr and landed with her face pressed to the cement. "Shit," she said and pushed herself into a sitting position. The halter and leadrope in her lap. A pouting frown on her lips. character
