Unfortunately, he hadn't been able to find Kayden. Not in the barn, nor in the dorm. He could've been on the trails, cross-country course, or picking up another horse. He didn't see Kayden doing much else right now. In a last ditch effort, he had gone to the barn, where he had seen Nicole, and just waited till she had finished up. When she was done and changed, they headed for the Amusement Park, following the signs, attempting to remember so he knew how to get back home. On the way there, they talked idly, he wouldn't even begin to remember about what, could've been about what they wanted to eat. What did it matter? Finally, they reached the Amusement Park.
Turning off the ignition, Blake looked to Nicole, offering a wide smile. Ready to go eat and have some fun? He began to open the car door with one hand, his other hand grabbing his wallet that contained his credit card and money. Eyes looked over to the amusement park, catching the sight of a Ferris Wheel and some other interesting looking ride. Definitely on a hot day he would come here and go the water park, which he saw a sign for. This place doesn't look half bad. He commented as he looked to Nicole, then began to walk towards the admission gate.

She took a deep breath as they arrived at the amusement park, relieved that they had made it there without getting lost. Getting out might be a different story though - the signs were completely lost in her memory.
She looked over at Blake, nodding at his words.
"Oh yes. Always ready for fun."
She smiled and hopped out of the car. Immediatly, she was reminded of the fair. Maybe it was just the atmosphere of fun - it was unescapable.
"It looks like an amusement park to me."
She grinned and started off toward the gate after him.
"Any place in particular you'd like to go first?"

He had gotten what his mother liked to call rockstar parking, right up front. He chuckled as she spoke, the atmosphere was unavoidable, you had to be happy to be at the amusement park. It hadn't taken them long to get to the gate, Blake pulled out his wallet and paid for two tickets for admittance, it was cheaper than he thought. He smiled as he looked to Nicole, what did he want to do first? Find some food, I'm famished! Eyes swept across the park, looking at the kid's rides, the thrill rides, the games, and finally he saw a sign for the food area. What do you, Miss Nicole, feel like having for lunch today?

She wanted to protest when he paid for her ticket, but quit the idea as quickly as it had come up. It was a nice thing - and she wasn't very used to people doing nice things like that. She would have to get used to it - learn to let things be. You couldn't be independent a hundred percent of the time.
She quickly looked around when they first walked in, trying to get a feel for the layout of the park. She stopped when she saw the sign for the food area, trying to decide what she was feeling hungry for. She was never really picky about food, and could never bring herself to eat a lot at once, so she would be fine with just some fries.
"Hmm... I think I'd be good with just some fries. What about you?"

It was a trend, he was beginning to notice now, that most girls didn't like to eat a lot, or at least at one time. He began to walk with her to the food area, the place wasn't very crowded so it was easy to walk, and the scent of food was growing stronger with each step they took closer. I need more than fries. I'm a guy, I eat a ton. He gave out a small laugh, the pair finally reaching the food area. There wasn't a ton in this area, but this area would do just fine. I'm feeling like some fries, and some a hamburger. He spied a hamburger place not too far away, which was gave him the idea. He nodded in that direction, she already said she wanted fries, and that's where they were. At the register, he ordered two drinks, two fries, and a hamburger, and handed the man a twenty. The fries were large, so what she didn't eat, he definitely would.

She was beginning to see that now. Even at the cafe, Andrew had mentioned eating a lot. She shook her head, smiling as he spoke.
"Yeah, I noticed that about guys."
She grinned and followed him through the crowd toward the hamburgers, waiting to the side of the window while Blake ordered. The fries looked huge - but she could always give him whatever she didn't have the stomach to finish. Normally, she could finish whatever she had to eat - so she might be able to make a considerable dent in the fries.
"Since you eat a ton, you can finish whatever I don't eat. That's a lot of fries."
She looked around, not sure where Blake wanted to sit down to eat. She motioned toward an area with tables and chairs.
"Pick a place."

I've noticed this is skinny girls. You guys need to eat. A laugh followed his words, obviously he was joking, as long as they ate a substantial amount, he didn't care. The food came up, so he reached out and grabbed the tray, it was a pretty big amount of food. Don't feel compelled to eat it all... He looked out at the sea of tables and chairs, and some people. A smile curved up his lips as he gave her a mischevius look. So I buy the food and pick where we sit? Man. Then he began walking towards a small two person table, he hated people sitting next to him, especially when there were open tables. He always found it better to eleminate a possible problem before it had a chance to arrive. Upon sitting down, he took off her fries, luckily they had given them ketchup packets, hopefully enough, and sat them infront of her. Bon apetite! His hand reached down and opened up his hamburger, then took the ketchup packet, opened it, and then squeezed it out onto the meat before picking it up and taking a bite

She smiled and shook her head at Blake's words, following him to the table of his choice. She sat down just as he was setting the fries in front of her. She saw the ketchup packets and feigned barfing. She couldn't stand ketchup - it was never really something that was appealing to her. It just looked too much like blood for her comfort - the only red liquid-like food that she truely enjoyed and wasn't at all disturbed by was salsa.
"You can have the ketchup."
She grinned and picked up a few packets near her fries and tossed them harmlessly toward Blake's side of the table. She made one more grotesque expression before turning to her food. She ate a few fries before feeling the need to ask a question. She could be full of questions sometimes.
"So, do you know anything about this horse that Kayden is gonna try you on?"

He was able to catch one ketchup packet but the other landed by his fries. Some people didn't like ketchup, he loved it, if it would work on his food, he'd use it in a flash. Whatever her reason for disliking kethcup was, he didn't care, but he would take a small mental note on it. He took his hamburger up for another bite as he looked at her, turning his head a bit so he would be able to hear her that much better. A small flicker of suprise crossed over his eyes, surprised that she had remembered that. I watched him ride her the other day, beautiful mover, knows her dressage. Name is Ally, a bay, and I'm not sure of particular breeding, but definitely Warmblood type. With another few bites he had eaten his hamburger. Attention turned to the fries, opening a kathcup packet then squeezing it out. You entering the upcoming horse show?
