her make-up is light, not over powering so most don't even realize she has any on till she makes a remark about it. her make-up looks natural and she never leaves the house without it on, so your eyes sort of get used to seeing that thin line of eyeliner around her eyes and the nicely drawn eyeshadow. her pink lips are normally covered with chapstick, nothing else. she thinks gloss is too well, glossy duh. it annoys her so she doesn't use it.

on a bright sunny day in mcminville, oregon came this blue-eyes beauty, kicking and screaming. before even given a name, her parents knew that she was going to be trouble and it showed throughout the years of her childhood. she rebelled at an early age, telling her parents no was a regular thing with her, but of course she did the things after being asked five million times plus two. she was a wild child, but her angelic innocent face didn't let anyone believe that. she was always considered 'daddy's little angel', but that didn't bother her. she was born and raised on a farm, and her life was pretty much good. though she went to school like other kids, she was always hoping for the city life, for that run down apartment within portland city, for that freedom. she was a city girl, stuck in a country girls life style.
her daddy was by her side throughout her entire life, encouraging her to so whatever she wanted, but what he didn't know was chloe didn't want the life given to her, but she was too scared to admit she wanted otherwise. her mother didn't help this any. she always got chloe lessons to ride horses, she took them, but she was never happy about it, her true passion was fashion and it showed by her clothing.
when she was sent an invitation to canterbury, her father couldn't help but be excited to have such an opportunity. they sent her regardless of her pleas against it, and the only person who really knows she didn't want to come was her older brother, who supported her decision to be against it. Though she loves the outdoors and the farm life, she never wanted to ride horses, so now. being sent to a school she doesn't want to go to, she's forced to suck it up and pretend like she enjoys it. but that doesn't mean this city girl doesn't know how to have a little fun, she's on the prowl, and her intentions aren't as good as they should be. her parents assume that she's riding horses, but what she tells them and what she does, now those are two different things.

Ever since her last visit to the park, she had been very weary about where she went. The little toddlers passing-by always seemed to stare at her with wide eyes as she made funny faces for their amusement, but of course. One kid just had to take it to far and pull upon her hair. She wasn't to fond of kids, but not because of there rowdiness, more because of the effort one had to put in to take care of a child. She would never be a good mother, especially at her age. Chloe danced around the park, with her flats clapping along the gray side-walk as she skipped upon it. Today was a bright unlike the normal gray clouds, yet cold at the same time. And it wasn't odd to find the girl wearing a pair of short denim shorts cut up and decorated to fit her style. She never dressed according to whether, even though she knew she'd be regretting it later.
Her feet stopped upon coming to the swing and she merely plopped upon one. Placing her hands on the metal ropes that held the swing to the actual set. It was amazing how free Chloe felt in a place like this, she was in a world all her own, giddy and free. She kicked herself off the ground, swinging her feet to gain momentum. Her sea green tank top, hugging and squeezing her nicely curved body as her colorful zip-up hoodie blew in the breeze. She leaned her head back more as she pushed harder in the swing, getting as high as she possibly could, her next mission was to jump off the swing and she closed her eyes enjoying the care-free feeling as the wind blew in her hair.
