dear diary,
coming to canterbury was a big jump for me, i've never really been that far away from my family before, although it's just a state away; i feel like it's a million miles. but now that having jake here it's helped a little, even though i haven't really talked to him much, besides the run in the other night; that was a diasaster- lets not go there right now though. but at least i know that he's there for me if i need to talk to him. i've met a few really nice people so far since being at canterbury, like levi and cole and briefly this girl taylor. But the one i felt i connected with most was cole, he seems like a great person and we had something to talk about the whole time we were out riding, and he was constantly able to make me laugh- and it was just a really fun time hanging out with him. and don't tell anybody, ha i know you can't, hehe- but i think i might have a little crush on him too :]. i mean just some of the little things he does like the way his hair falls just above his eyes, giving him this mysterious persona, it just makes me smile. but anyways i wonder how things turned out with the girl i pissed off with jake the other night a the club, he didn't completely seem like jake's type, but who knows with jake. i'll write back later.
