Alyssa had been doing homework for three hours non-stop. She was getting tired of it. Usually she could sit down for five or six hours, until she got everything done. But today, she felt like excersizing her socail skills, and homework time was definately getting in the way. She glanced over at her lap top closed on her desk. 'I wonder if anybody is in any chat rooms?' she asked herself. She went over and opened the laptop. Going through some chatrooms. Though, she didn't find anything she was interested in, so she started a new one.

x.dont.judge.x: hey anybody wanna talk? I'm kinda new here.. the chat room.

She hoped desprately somebody would join her request for entertainment.

Jess was bored, she wasn't with the horses and wasn't with Caleb either. sItting in her dorm room with a candy bar and a laptop. She looged onto her account. Hoping to talk to someone.

Alyssa was relieved when somebody logged on. '.:Gangsta:.' rang through her mind. It sounded familar, but then again, going to a high school in Cali, these teens had seen everything before, or just about. She took a moment to reply the answered.

x.dont.judge.x: Hey. Not much, im lyk so bored! OMG! So, how do you do?

She pondered on if the name gangsta was really familiar or if it was just something she'd heard on the streets or at school. She didn't have to much of a social life.

<sup>Grey walked into her dormroom and tossed her bag at the foot of her bed, heaving a small sigh. Just another day of classes. You know, the usual. And seeing as she didn't have a riding lesson today and had yet to get a horse, she didn't have much to do. She clicked open the laptop on her desk and signed on. Entering a Canterbury chatroom, she read the existing messages. Two people had signed on as well.
