[/center]This is an elite boarding School of New York state placed in RhineCliff's outskirts. Only few elected is excepted,and many are kicked out. This is a place where rich and beautiful rules, and gossip is a life style. The motive is; gossip hard,party harder! These elite kids eat here,sleep here-usually not alone,and drink here -secretly of course- and have fun. This is the usual daily life in Waverly. A Waverly owl should never get bored!
But things are getting a bit messy, as Jenny Humphrey, the infamous upper east sider of Manhattan decided to take a chance here. Mostly becouse her former school,Constance Billard,kicked her out. And know,she reinvented her self, and this new Jenny is more than eager to rule Waverly and become an It Girl. She sees herself lucky since the former It Girl, Tinsley got kicked out becouse of a little E situation. She is determined to succeed.
But her two room mates and schools queen bees, Callie and Brett are not ready to let this girl fill their best friends place. Of course, they have better nominees, themselves. The war is on. And the boys are ready to help out, for a little payment. They are eager to find out how far they are ready to go?And the Rumor says that Tinsley is coming back.Who will win?
